Predictions 21-24.04.2022

Arsenal vs Manchester United | Premier League (23.04.2022, 13:30)

The thirty-second day will be decisive for the race for fourth place. In London, Arsenal and Manchester United compete for fourth place, with the Gunners having 57 points together with Tottenham and the Red Devils fifth at 54, but with one more match. The guests are forced to win, even if they are not in a good period: the 4-0 defeat by Liverpool last week is a boulder given the rivalry between the two teams, and then there is the record of marches with only one victory in the last five games, which does not bode well.

Arsenal aren’t much better off, but a 4-2 victory over Chelsea may have rekindled the flames after three straight defeats to Southampton, Brighton, and Crystal Palace. No one can make mistakes anymore. The hosts have to win to break away from a competitor in fourth place. The guests are on the last call. In case of defeat, the qualification for the Champions League can practically no longer be conquered.

Form Guide

Arsenal LWLLLW

Arsenal will be hoping for a repeat of their recent Premier League victory over Chelsea, which they won 2-4.

In that game, Arsenal had 32% possession and 14 shots on goal, four of which were on target. Eddie Nketiah (13′, 57′), Emile Smith Rowe (27′), and Bukayo Saka (92′) scored goals for Arsenal. Chelsea had 11 shots on goal, two of which were on target. Chelsea’s goals came from Timo Werner (17′) and César Azpilicueta (32′).

Arsenal have kept a clean sheet on only a few occasions in recent years. The truth is that Arsenal’s defense has been breached in five of their past six games, allowing 10 goals in the process.

Manchester United WLDLWL

Manchester United will be looking to make atonement after losing to Liverpool in the Premier League last time out.

Manchester United controlled 28 percent of the ball and had two shots on goal, one of which was on target. Liverpool had 14 shots on goal, five of them on target. Liverpool scored through Luis Daz (5′), Mohamed Salah (22′, 85′), and Sadio Mané (68′).

The numbers speak for themselves: Manchester United have been scored against in six of their last six games, with their opponents scoring a total of 11 goals. Manchester United’s defense has been a complete disaster.

  • In the Premier League matches between the two teams, an average of 3 goals are scored in those of Manchester United and 2.8 in those of Arsenal.
  • United has consistently conceded a high number of goals against the league’s top teams, including eight in the last two games against Liverpool and Manchester City, as well as two against Tottenham.
  • There are 48 goals in the passive in 33 Premier League matches for Rangnick’s team.

Arsenal vs Manchester United Predicted XI

Arsenal Predicted XI: Ramsdale; White, Holding, Gabriel, Tavares; Xhaka, Elneny; Saka, Odegaard, Smith Rowe; Nketiah.

Manchester United Predicted XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Telles; Matic, McTominay; Elanga, Fernandes, Sancho; Ronaldo.

Prediction

The game will most likely be exciting. The stakes are very high, especially for United, who have an excellent attack with 52 goals to their credit and a nightmare defense with 48 goals to their passive. And the tip of the balance will be precisely this last figure, because Arsenal have an offensive sector of 49 goals and were able to trim four goals at Chelsea this week. It is difficult to think that they will remain dry against Maguire and his teammates.

As a result, when the referee blows for full-time, we watch a spirited duel with Arsenal leading 2-1.

Bayern Munich vs Borussia | Bundesliga (23.04.2022, 18:30)

When Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund meet in the Klassiker on Saturday, there will be fireworks. Bayern Munich will defend their Bundesliga title with a win over Borussia Dortmund, but Robert Lewandowski and his teammates will have to prove their worth on the field.

Dortmund, on the other hand, is looking to build on back-to-back victories against Stuttgart and Wolfsburg. In Saturday’s match, Die Borussen are in a must-win position, and given their attack-minded attitude, we expect Julian Nagelsmann’s side to have plenty of chances to score on the break.

Form Guide

Bayern Munich WWLWDW

Bayern Munich will be seeking a repeat of their 0-3 victory over Arminia Bielefeld in the Bundesliga.

In the game, Bayern Munich had 76 percent possession and 22 shots on goal, 8 of which were on target. Serge Gnabry (45′) and Jamal Musiala (84′) scored goals for Bayern Munich. Arminia Bielefeld, on the other hand, had eight shots on goal, three of which were on target. Arminia Bielefeld’s goal came from Jacob Barrett Laursen (10′ own goal).

The quality of Bayern Munich’s backline has been visible in recent games, as evidenced by their recent results. Bayern Munich has been stingy with its goals, scoring only three in their last six games.

Borussia Dortmund Predicted XI: Kobel, Can, Zagadou, Akanji, Rothe, Bellingham, Witsel, Wolf, Brandt, Reus, Haaland.

Prediction

The game promises to be very fun, and we are counting on the fact that at least 3 goals will be scored. Dortmund have the capacity to score a goal against this Bayern side in this encounter, but it may not be enough to avoid losing.

Bayern, therefore, in our opinion, can and should enjoy the majority of possession and should be able to convert a number of their chances into goals, in our opinion

At the end of the game, we believe Bayern Munich will win by a close 3-1 score.

Liverpool vs Everton  | Premier League (24.04.2022, 17:30)

The Liverpool derby is back and the gap has never been so wide as this season. The Reds are second in the standings, less than one point behind Manchester City, and dream of returning to the top of England. Klopp’s team is a steamroller capable of winning nine of the last eleven games with 22 goals, including four against Manchester United and three with City in the last two games, won 4-0 and 3-2. Salah and his teammates are clear favorites for the challenge against fellow citizens who are sailing in very bad waters.

Everton is on the threshold of the relegation zone with 29 points and fourth from last place with four points to manage from Burnley. The season is a failure, even if in the last two games, important points have arrived with the success against Manchester United (1-0) and the 1-1 draw with Leicester. A vitally important derby, therefore, probably with many goals on the horizon.

Form Guide

Liverpool WWDDWW

Following a 4-0 Premier League victory over Manchester United, Liverpool will be aiming for a repeat performance.

Liverpool haven’t been able to stop scoring goals recently, with goals in each of their previous six games.

During that time, they’ve amassed a total of 17 points while giving up a total of 8.

Liverpool have not lost in their last 20 league matches at Anfield.

Everton WLLLWD

Everton’s previous Premier League match with Leicester City ended in a 1-1 draw.

In the game, Everton had 36% possession and 13 shots on goal, three of which were on target. Everton’s lone player to score was Richarlison (92′). Leicester City had 11 shots on goal, three of which were on target. Leicester City’s Harvey Barnes scored in the fifth minute.

Frank Lampard’s Everton have been rewarded for their efforts on goal six times in their last six games, giving them an average of one goal per game.

Everton had not won away from home in their previous 13 league games coming into this match. Their on-the-road followers must be in a bad mood.

  • Liverpool have the best attack in the Premier League with 83 goals in 32 games.
  • Everton has the fourth worst defense in the tournament with 53 goals on the passive.
  • All of Liverpool’s last five fixtures have ended with a score of over 3.5.

Injured and suspended

Liverpool: clean bill of health and no suspension concerns

Everton: Donny van de Beek, Yerry Mina, Cenk Tosun, Andros Townsend, Nathan Patterson and Tom Davies.

Liverpool vs Everton Predicted XI

Liverpool Predicted XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, van Dijk, Robertson; Henderson, Fabinho, Keita; Salah, Mane, Diaz.

Everton Predicted XI: Pickford, Coleman, Mina, Godfrey, Mykolenko, Allan, Delph, Iwobi, Gordon, Gray, Richarlison.

Prediction

The two teams cannot calculate; they must win to achieve their respective goals, so it will be an open match in which the reds can unleash their attack against a fragile defense. Everton, for their part, will be able to try to take advantage of the rearguard of the Reds, who in the last five games have conceded at least two goals four times. We believe Everton will be able to score against Liverpool, but it will not be enough to prevent a defeat.

When the full-time whistle blows, our prediction is for a tight match with Liverpool winning 2-1.
